8.4 Creating an Action, Recall Item for another Provider

  1. Click the Recall and Notes icon Recall Notes in the menu bar.
  2. In the Recall and Notes bar, under Other Settings, click Create Recall.
  3. In the Create/Edit Recall and Notes dialog box, select a Provider from the Provider Name list.
  4. In the Create/Edit Recall and Notes dialog box, type or click a Recall Date.
  5. Click the recall status from the Status list.
  6. In the Recall Notes box, type a message or click a template from the Apply a Recall Template list.
  7. View the Recall by clicking the View Results below Provider Information to the right of the window.
