4.8 Changing and Viewing an Appointment’s Status

The Status bar is the left-hand bar on the appointment. Status bar colors are set by the user (see 3.6 Selecting and Defining your Appointment Statuses), and changes in status colors reflect the change in status.

    Appointment details

  1. In the Schedule Dashboard, point to the appointment and right-click.
  2. The current status will have an asterisk (*).
  3. Click the new status.
  4. The left-hand bar on the appointment will change colors, reflecting the change in status.
