4.5 Cancelling an Appointment

Appointment Statuses

  1. In the Schedule Dashboard, point to the appointment and right-click to view the appointment status list. The current status will have an asterisk (*).
  2. Click Cancelled.
  3. Provide a cancellation reason. (See 4.4.1 Deleting an Appointment)
  4. Double-click the grey bar on the right side of the appointment to create an appointment overlapping with the cancelled appointment.
