Cancelling the Appointment


1) Click the Scheduling icon  in the menu bar.

2) In the Schedule Dashboard, point to the appointment and right-click to view the appointment status list. The current status will have an asterisk (*).

3)Click Cancelled.


Provide a Reason


1) Provide a cancellation reason. (See section   in 4.4.1 Deleting an Appointment)

If you would like to create an appointment at the same time as the cancelled appointment please see 4.3.5 Double-Booking Appointments
