4.4 Deleting an Appointment

4.4.1 Deleting an Appointment from the Schedule Dashboard

  1. Click the Delete icon (red X) on the bottom of the appointment in the Schedule Dashboard.
  2. In the Please Provide a Reason for Cancelling dialog box, click the reason for the cancellation/deletion in the Action column. 
  3. Click the Should this Cancellation/Deletion Count as a “Strike Against” this patient drop down menu. Click Yes or No.
  4. Add any additional comments if applicable.
  5. Click Save.
