4.4.1 Deleting an Appointment from the Schedule Dashboard

Please note if you wish to reschedule the appointment at a later time, you may drag the appointment to the unscheduled appointment list. Please see part A in 4.3.4 Unscheduled Appointments.


Locate the Appointment


1) Click the Scheduling icon  in the menu bar

2)Click the Delete icon (red X) on the bottom of the appointment in the Schedule Dashboard.


Provide a Reason


1) In the Please Provide a Reason for Cancelling/Deleting this Appointment dialog box, click the reason for the cancellation/deletion in the Action column.


2) Click Yes or No beside the Should this Cancellation/Deletion Count as a “Strike Against” this patient. Add any additional comments if applicable.

3)Click Save.
