4.14 Viewing the Schedule Snapshot

  1. In the Schedule menu bar, click Snapshot.
  2. Type the number of minutes to set the time parameter for the snapshot. Click the Refresh icon beside the All Statuses list to update the snapshot.
  3. Click the appointment status from the All Statuses list.
  4. You can click the Refresh icon beside the All Statuses list to update the snapshot.
  5. To view the patient’s appointment history, click the View icon View Icon under the Action column of the snapshot.
  6. To edit the appointment, click the Edit icon Edit Icon under the Action column of the snapshot.
