3.7 Creating a New Appointment Status



Create New Appointment Status


1) Click the Scheduling SchedIcon icon in the ICE Health menu bar.

2) Click Practice in the scheduling menu bar, then click Appointment Types.


3) In the Appointment Type Management dialog box, click the Manage Statuses button.


4) In the Manage Appointment Statuses dialog box, click either Create New Status Before Check In or Create New Status After Check In.


5) Scroll to the bottom of the Before/After Check In lists, and type the name of the status.

6) Click and select the colour for the new status.

7) Click Save and Close.
