3.6 Selecting and Defining your Appointment Statuses

Manage Appointment Statuses

 

1) Click the Scheduling SchedIcon icon in the ICE Health menu bar.

2) Click Practice in the scheduling menu bar, then click Appointment Types.

3) In the Appointment Type Management dialog box, click Manage Appointment Statuses button.

4) In the Manage Appointment Statuses dialog box, modify the Before Check In and After Check In statuses by selecting either Active or Inactive.

5) Click and select the colours that will appear in the Scheduling view, which indicate a change in a patient’s status.

6) In the Automatic Adjustments area in the Manage Appointment Statuses dialog box, click and select colours for the automatic adjustments, and type in time lengths.

7) Click Save and Close to confirm changes.
