2.9 Auto-assigning Presentations, Animations and Forms

The patient will be instructed to view all auto-assigned items when he/she is set to Active for the first time (either at patient record creation or upon approval).

  1. Click the My Profile icon My Profile Icon in the menu bar.
  2. Click to expand Content Auto-Assignment in the My Profile bar.
  3. Below Content Auto-Assignment, click Presentations, and then click to expand folders and click the check boxes to select or de-select the presentations you would like your new patients to view. Please Note: if you click a parent folder without expanding, all contents of that folder will be auto-assigned.
  4. Click Save Changes.
  5. Below Content Auto-Assignment, click Animations, and then click to expand folders and click the check boxes to select or de-select the animations you would like your new patients to view. Please Note: if you click a parent folder without expanding, all contents of that folder will be auto-assigned.
  6. Click Save Changes.
  7. Below Content Auto-Assignment, click Animation Templates, and then click the checkboxes below Auto-Assign to choose which global animation set templates will be viewed by your new patients.
  8. Below Content Auto-Assignment, click Forms, and then click to expand folders and click the check boxes to select or de-select the forms you would like to assign to new patients.
  9. Click Save Changes.
