2.8 Managing Forms Content

You can save time when choosing or assigning forms by selecting appropriate forms for your practice in the My Profile, Content Management section.

  1. Click the My Profile icon My Profile Icon in the menu bar.
  2. Click to expand Content Management in the My Profile bar, and then click Forms.
  3. Under Content Management/ Forms, click the arrows to expand folders and click the check boxes to select or de-select the forms you would like available to use in your practice. Please Note: if you click a checkbox in front of a parent folder without expanding, all contents of that folder will be auto-assigned.
  4. Click Save Changes.
