2.5 Configuring Default Properties for the Letters Editor

 

Set up properties for the Letters Editor such as the default specialty, margins and available templates.

 

  • 1. Click the My Profile icon ┬áin the ICE Dental menu bar.
  • 2. Under the My Profile column on the left, click the triangle to expand Content Management and then click Letters Configuration.

  • 3. Under the Content Management > Letters Configuration column, click to choose a Default Letters Specialty.

  • 4. Click to choose a Default Letters Provider.
  • 5. You may adjust the Letter Margins by clicking the up and down arrows. Alternatively, click a Letter Margins text box to type new margins (in inches).

  • 6. To rename one of the Letter Templates available from the Correspondence module, click the name and then click Rename.

  • 7. Type a new name in the Rename Template text box and then click OK.

  • 8. To delete any of the Letter Templates, click the name and then click Delete.
  • 9. Click Yes to confirm deletion of the template.

  • 10. After all adjustments have been made, click Save Changes at the bottom of the window.
