2.2.3 Changing a Provider or Staff’s Security Group

  1. Click the My Profile icon My Profile Icon in the menu bar.
  2. Click to expand Practice Setup in the My Profile bar, and then click to expand Security Permissions.
  3. Click Providers.
  4. The security group(s) to which a provider belongs is (are) listed under the Memberships column.
  5. Beside a provider’s name, and under the Actions column, click Edit.
  6. To add the provider to a security group, click the checkboxes to choose a security group in the Is a Member column in the View/ Edit Provider Membership dialog box.
  7. To remove a provider from a security group, click to remove the checkmark from the checkboxes beside the security group in the Is a Member column in the View/ Edit Provider Membership dialog box.

Provider Membership
