12.3.1 Creating a Global Animation Set Template

 

Global animation set templates are animation sets that can be assigned to multiple patients.

 

In the Animations tab, click Create New to open the Animation Set Editor dialog box.

 

  • 1. Click the animations icon  in the ICE menu bar.
  • 2. Choose an initial patient for the Global Animation template. Click to type the patient’s name in the Patient Search box (top right of the page) and then click the patient’s name from the list.

 

  • 3. In the Animations tab, click Create New.

 

Drag animations that you want to include in the set to the right side of the window.

 

  • 1. In the Animation Set Editor dialog box, click the Select Animations tab.
  • 2. Click animation category names in the Available Animations list to expand animation folders  and locate animations to include in your set. Please note that there is also an option to search for a particular animation by typing a term in the Available Animations text box and then clicking Search.

 

  • 3. Drag the first animation you want to include in the animation set to the right side of the Animation Set Editor dialog box.

 

  • 4. When prompted, type a Name for this Animation Set.

 

  • 5. Add animations to your set by dragging additional animations to the right side of the Animation Set Editor dialog box. Please note that dragging a folder  will add all of the animations in that folder to the animation set.

 


Click the Save as Global Template icon  and then click Save and Close.

 

  • 1. Click the Save as Global Template icon above the animation set list, to the right of the Animation Set Editor dialog box. The animation set will now be listed in the Global Templates folder in the Select Animations tab in the Animation Set Editor dialog box.

 

  • 2. Click Save and Close (at the bottom right of the window).  Please note that the animation set will be assigned to the patient whether or not you have saved the animation set as a global animation set template.
  • 3. In the Animations  tab, the Visible to Patient  checkbox is marked, allowing your patient to view the animation set when they sign in to ICE Health Systems.

 


 

12.3.2 Assigning a Global Animation Set to a Patient

 

 

In the Animations tab, click Create New to open the Animation Set Editor dialog box.

 

  • 1. In the Animations tab, click Create New.

 

 

Drag an animation set folder  from the under the Global Templates heading to the right side of the window.

 

  • 1. In the Animation Set Editor dialog box, click the Select Animations tab.
  • 2. There will be a list of animation set folders  under the Global Templates heading in the Available Animations list. Click an Animation set name to expand a folder and see the list of animations in that set.

 

  • 3. Drag an animation set folder  to the right side of the Animation Set Editor.

 

  • 4. You will be prompted to rename the animation set. Click OK to keep the current name or else type a new name.

 

 

Click to Save and Close.
